Double walled, mounted on sturdy angle iron frame.
Inner made ofthick G.I.! PCRC Sheet duly painted with high temperature
aluminum paint, outer made of heavy duty PCRC duly primer coated and enamel
painted. Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with 75mm thick
glass wool to prevent any heat loss. Provided with double walled door with a
system to prevent its opening. Door is provided with best quality handle,
gasket etc. Provided with brackets to support the heavily laden trays at
different heights. Temp. range is from ambient to 250°C with an
accuracy of:t 3°C or as desired by you and is controlled by digital
temperature indicator cum controller with PT-1 00 sensor. Heating is done
with ISI mark heating elements made from ni-chrome heating wire placed in
the sides 01 the chamber. V belt driven motor operated blower system in the
side of the chamber to maintain the uniformity 01 the temp. throughout the
chamber. Works on 220V 50HZ single phase A.C. Provided with exhaust shaft on
the top ofthe body

ISIC-109 Vacuum Oven
These are double walled units with outer made of
M.S. sheet duly powder painted and inner made of heavy gauge S. Sheet. Gap
between the two walls is duly filled with high grade glass wool to avoid
thermal loss. Temperature range from ambient to 150°C is controlled by
Digital Temperature Controller with an accuracy of 1°C. It is capable
of with standing a high vacuum. Provided with vacuum gauge, see through
transparent window of toughened glass and one shelf. To work on 220/230
VoltsA.C. supply.

ISIC-110 Incubator Bacteriological (Elements On Three
Sides)
These are sturdy double walled units with outer
chamber made of M.S. sheet duly powder coated / Painted inner made up of
anodised aluminium or S.S sheet. The gap between inner and outer chamber is
filled with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. Beaded heating
elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides. Inner chamber is provided
with ribs for adjusting perforated selves to convenient height. The door is
fitted with glass viewing window to facilitate inspection of sample without
disturbing the test temperatture. Temperature is controlled by hydraulic
type capillary thermostat from ambient to 90°C :t 0.5°C. An
Lshaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to unit for reading the chamber
temperature. Air ventilators are also provided on the sides of unit. To work

Double walled, inner made of thick stainless steel,
outer made of heavy duty M. Steel duly powder coated. Insulation between
inner and outer wall is done with 75mm thick glass wool to prevent any heat
loss. Door is provided with best quality handle, gasket etc. Inner chamber
is provided with 2/3 nos. perforated stainless steel. Temp. range is from
ambient to 250°C in oven and from ambient to 70°C in incubator and
is controlled by digital temperature indicator cum controller with PT-1 00
sensor with an accuracy of +/-1 °c. Heating is done with ISI mark
heating elements made from ni-chrome heating wire placed in porcelein cups
in bottom as well as in sides to maintain the uniformity of the temp. Air
circulating fan to maintain the uniformity of the temp. throughout the
chamber. Separate control for each chamber and the control panel provided on
the top.

ISIC-112 Hybridization Oven 'Incubator
Double walled Inside chamber made of Stainless
Steel, outer made of M.S. Sheet duly powder coated. Temperature Range 5°C
above ambient to 90°C controlled by PID digital temperature controller
with an accuracy of:!: 0.5°C. Provided with a carrier to hold 6 nos. of
bottles with size 60mm dia x 200mm depth and it rotates at speed of 2 to 16
rpm. Provided with Air circulation fan to ensures temperature uniformity
Rotor can. Provided with glass window in the doorto inspectthe chamber.

ISIC-113 Muffle Furnace Rectangular
Useful for hardening, annealing, reheating etc.,
Outer made of double walled thick PCRC Sheet duly powder coated painted
insulation with high temperature ceramic fiber wool. Heating elements made
of Kanthal wire in coil form wrapped on the muffle, embedded in high grade
refractory cement and backed by HIGH DENSITY CERAMIC FIBRE BLANKET, which
avoids loss of heat. The temperature is controlled by digital temperature
indicator cum controller. For the models of Maximum temperature of 1000°C,
the working temperature is 900'C and for higher temperature models, the
maximum temperature is 1200'C and the working temperature is 1100°C

Double walled, inner made of Stainless Steel 304
quality, outer made of thick best quality Mild Steel the surface of which is
primer coated for anti rusting and is duly white stoved powder coated paint.
Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with 75mm thick glasswool to
prevent any heat loss. Inner chamber is provided with 2/3 nos. perforated
stainless steel shelves with ribs to adjust the shelves at desirable height.
Provided with double door, inner made of thick transparent full view glass
and outer door is double walled metallic properly insulated with glass wool
and also provided with best quality handle, gasket, lock etc. Provided with
door operated illumination lamp. Whole unit is mounted on castor wheels.
Temp. Range is from 5°C to 60°C and is controlled by
Electronically controlled by Digital temperature Indicator cum Controller
with PT-1 00 sensor.
This controller is provided with time delay relay to control the accuracy
in maintaining the temperature. Temp. is maintained with an accuracy of:!:
0.5°C~ Cooling is done with ISI Mark compressor of KIRLOSKAR make which
is connected to thick copper coils placed in the rear of the chamber through
condenser, fan motor, capacitor, relay etc. Whole cooling unit is placed
below the main chamber in a GI housing. CFC Free, Environment friendly.
_Heating is done with ISI mark strip type heaters placed near the cooling
coils.Air is circulated by 2-nos. ISI mark Silicon binded motors, which are
connected to balanced blowers, which operates alternatively and continuously
with heating and cooling. Provided with On/Off switch, Indicators, Digital
Controllers etc.

The following optional arrangements can be made
in each model of BOD Incubator.
- BOD Incubator with interior illumination with 3 number fluorescent
tube of 60 mm length placed vertically along the back wall. Minimum
temperature can be obtained from 10°C to 50°C when all the
tubes are on at the extra.
- BOD incubator incorporated with timer 0-24 hours for regulating
cyclic illumination condition at extra cost.
