The boiler and outer shell is provided with air insulation. Lid is made of thick mild steel duly Stainless steel lined and is tightened by Radial locking system. Lid is mounted on a central screw and is provided with best quality joint less neoprene gasket to avoid any risk and trouble free operation.These autoclaves are fitted with paddle lifting device to open/close the lid. Fitted with glass indicator to indicate the water level inside the boiler. These autoclaves are fitted with pressure gauge, steam release cock, safety valves, spring loaded safety valves etc. These autoclaves can be set at any pressure in between 5 to 22 P.s.L Provided with drain valve.These autoclaves are hydraulically tested upto 40 P.s.LProvided with ISI mark heating elements which are easily replaceable and heats the water to desired temperature and pressure. Pressure is indicated by pressure gauge. Supplied complete with stainless steel perforated basket, cord plug to work on 220 V +/- 9% 50 Hz, single phase.

Most useful for sterlizing the loaded material under a steam pressure of 5 to 20 p.s.L (adjustable with pressure control switch). It has inner chamber, steam jacket and outer wall made of S.S. duly argon are welded. The space between outer wall and steam jacket is filled with high grade glass wool to minimise the temperature loss. All sterlizers are hydraulically tested upto 40p.s.i. Triple walled construction inner chamber is made of high grade stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The outer body is also made of thick stainless steel sheet. The boiler is made of S. Steel. The lid is made ofthick steel sheet plate. The unit is duly fitted with highly efficient M.S. Painted Ring & radial locking system duly chrome plated. A three way valve or a multi port Valve made of stainless steel is installed for controlling the sterilization cycle. The pressure is adjustable from 5 psi to 20 psi, pressure is controlled by automatic pressure control switch. Fitted with water level indicator and vaccum breaker. The unit is fitted with temperature gauge, vaccum breaker and steam trap. The whole unit is mounted on a robust tubular stand made of MS duly painted with attractive stove enamel.

Door made ofThick Stainless Steel. Properly insulated Steam Generator is made of Heavy duty Stainless Steel. Pressure control device is fitted in all electrically operated steam sterlizer. Provided with "Piezostat" (Pressure Control Device). It cut off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and re-energise the heating elements when pressure falls below the set point. Boiler is made from thick stainless steel sheet suitable located under the sterilizer. High grade flanged type heating elements are placed in the from side for easy replacement etc. Fitted with water gauge made of glass for water level, safety valve, water inlet and drain valves.

Provided with self locking safety door which cannot be opened when the chamber is under pressure. The clutch mechanism automatically disengages the threads of the radial locking system for precluding any eventuality of accident when the chamber is under pressure. A heat resistant neoprene rubber gasket is provided for totally safety ofthe Instrument. Provided with electrically operated PIEZOSTAT , which economics the power consumption and limits the use of release valve which would frequently blow steam into the room. It cuts off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and re-energises the heater when pressure falls down. Two separate valves are provided for evacuating air and steam from inner chamber and jacket .A steam trap is fitted in the chamber discharge line to eliminate the condensate automatically. Panel consist of pressure control switch, main on/off switch, Indicators, relays etc.The sterilizer is provided with triple safety. First with pressure control switch, Two nos. spring loaded safety valves, and a dead weight safety valve.A PLUG SCREEN prevents the discharge line from choking. And it can easily be removed for cleaning. A power full ejector circulates the air throughout the chamber.

Temp. range is from ambient to 250aC and is controlled by thermostat and is indicated by "L" shape thermometer. Heating is done with ISI mark heating elements made from ni-chrome heating wire placed in porcelein cups in bottom as well as in sides to maintain the uniformity ofthe temp.
