Body made of thick Stainless sheet 304 quality. Top lid is made of transparent see through plexi glass. Variable speed rotary shaker platform is fitted with imported DC driven motor for continuous operation. Unit is also fitted with digital RPMISpeed indicator. Shaking platform can accommodate 16 flask of 250 1500ml or 25 flask or 100ml or 36 flask of 50ml provided at the base of incubator so as to shake Erlenmeyer flasks. Variable speed motor is fitted outside of the inner chamber at the base. Complete unit is mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame. Temperature range from ambient to 70°C is controlled by Digital Temperature Indicator cum controller with an accuracy of 0.5°C. Provided fitted with air circulation fan for temperature uniformity. Double walled, inner made of Stainless Steel, outer made of thick best quality Mild Steel, the surface of which is powder coated. Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with 75mm thick glass wool to prevent any heat loss. Inner chamber is provided with 3 nos. perforated Stainless Steel shelves with ribs to adjust the shelves at desirable height. Provided with double door, inner made of thick transparent full view glass and outer door is double walled metallic properly insulated with glass wool and also provided with best quality handle, gasket etc. Whole unit is mounted on castor wheels. Temperature range is from ambient to 60°C and is controlled by Digital temperature Indicator Cum Controller with PT-100 sensor. This controller is provided with time delay relay to control the accuracy in maintaining the temperature. Temp. is maintained with an accuracy of +/1 °C.

Heating is done with ISI mark strip type heaters placed around the inner chamber. Air is circulated by 1 no. .ISI mark Silicon winded motors which are connected to balanced blowers. Humidity will be maintained up to 95% with an accuracy of +1- 3% and humidity is generated by imported mist Generator and is controlled with the help of Imported Humidistat and is indicated by Round Hygrometer. Humidity is generated through a water reservoir placed in the lowerlside portion of the chamber. Provided with On/Off switch, Indicators, Digital Controllers etc.

Atomospheric conditions are created within the chamber to perform different experiments without gone onto the field. The double walled unit has inner chamber made up of S.S. and outer chamber of M.S. Temperature is controlled by DUAL electronic digital temp. controller-cum-indicator to set two temp. for day and night with PT-1 00 sensor. This controller is provided with time delay relay to control the accuracy in maintaining the temp.. Double walled with inner chamber made of S.S./ Plastic and outer of thick PCRC sheet duly enamel painted. Temperature range from ambient to -20°C is achieved by hermetically sealed compressor. The gap between the inner and outer wall is filled with high grade PUF Insulation to avoid thermal loss. Body is mounted on a sturdy angle ironframe and is mounted on castor wheels. Unit is fitted with Micro Processor Digital Temperature Indicator-cum controller. Horizontal Chest type models are supplied in a single compartment whereas vertical models are supplied with three storing shelves.

Dehumidifiers are water condensing type. base on "Refrigeration Cycle" to avoid use of expensive chemicals required for dessicant type models. The unit is self standing and is mounted on a study angle iron frame, fitted with caster wheels. Dehumidifier excess moisture from the atmosphere and it fitted with hermetically sealed compressor. Heat exchanger and water condensing coils aremade of S.Steel collection tank is provided below the unit to collect condensate water, Humidity is controlled by automatic HUMIDISTAT incorporated in the unit upto 30% :!: 3% RH, depending upon the ambient conditions. To achieve very low humidity, the room should have a independent window type Air Conditioner to match with the dehumidifier heat load in the room. Suitable to work on 220/230 VoltsA.C. Supply.
